LEAD MECHANIC - $26/hr
$26 per hourSi-Staffing
- Standard shifts begin at 5/6 AM- 2:00 PM
- 8-hour workdays with occasional overtime or weekends as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on commercial washers, dryers, and related equipment
- Diagnosing mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Lead and assist with equipment repairs and part replacements
- Conduct inspections to ensure machines operate safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow and enforce all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Coordinate repair priorities and communicate equipment status to management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical skills; technical training preferred
- Prior experience with commercial laundry equipment preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a hands-on environment
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
