Identify signs and symptoms indicating a change in status and communicate them to the RN or Unit Manager.Documentation: Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records (EHR) to ensure continuity of care across all shifts.Regulatory Compliance: Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies.Collaborative Duties: Support nursing leadership with additional tasks as assigned to ensure high standards of facility operation.QualificationsEducation & Licensure: Must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license eligible for practice in the state of Wisconsin.Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is required.Professionalism: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team or independently when required.Experience: Previous experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting is preferred, though we welcome all qualified applicants with a heart for senior care.Complete Care at Grande Prairie is an equal opportunity employer.
