1st and 2nd Shift

Pay: Up to $19hr

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from trailers and delivery trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Sort packages to ensure they are routed to the correct destination within the returns section.
• Support the returns group by handling, organizing, and reworking returned items as needed.
• Perform general labor tasks including packing, picking, and order picking to meet production goals.
• Handle materials throughout the warehouse, including moving, staging, and preparing items for shipping and receiving.
• Assist with inventory-related tasks such as counting, tracking, and organizing stock.
• Use warehouse equipment, which may include pallet jacks or forklifts, to move and position materials when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines while lifting, carrying, and moving packages.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Work Environment

The role is based in a warehouse environment within the returns section of a large facility in E-Town. You will work on either first or second shift in a fast-paced setting with continuous physical activity such as lifting and moving packages. Overhead fans provide air circulation, but the space can be hot during the summer and cooler in the winter months, so you should be comfortable working in varying temperatures. The environment is production-focused, with active material handling, shipping and receiving operations, and standard warehouse equipment in use.

This is a contract position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
