HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Physician Assistant for a busy outpatient primary care practice in Queens, New York. This position offers flexible scheduling, optional weekends, office-based telemedicine, and the opportunity to provide culturally responsive care to patients across the lifespan. Both experienced providers and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights

• Full-time or part-time employment

• $140,000–$210,000 annual compensation

• Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week

• Part-time scheduling available with a minimum of three days per week

• Weekend shifts available but not required

• Outpatient primary care with office-based telemedicine

• Established Mandarin-speaking patient population

• Physician and multidisciplinary team support

• Immediate opening with start-date flexibility

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Conduct physical examinations and preventive health screenings

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

• Prescribe medications within the Physician Assistant’s authorized scope of practice

• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies

• Conduct scheduled telemedicine consultations from the office

• Educate patients about wellness, nutrition, preventive care, and disease management

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

Qualifications

• Active New York State Physician Assistant license

• Current NCCPA certification

• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese required

• Primary care or family medicine experience preferred

• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a busy outpatient setting

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation of $140,000–$210,000, based on experience and schedule
