Software Development in TEST Specialist

We are seeking a Software Development in Test (SDET) Specialist to design and implement testing solutions that enhance product stability and accelerate delivery to production. This role involves working across multiple technology stacks and collaborating with development teams to build robust automation platforms and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate is a multi-stack engineer passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and exploring innovative technologies. Key Responsibilities Create testing solutions for multiple development teams to improve production velocity and product stability. Work effectively across Web, API, and Database technology stacks. Architect and implement automation test platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure proactive incident resolution through monitoring and observability tools. Deliver high-quality software solutions in Agile environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable testing strategies. Lead initiatives with accountability and drive results in high-demand environments. Explore and adopt new technologies and experimental development approaches. Required Qualifications At least 6 years of experience with web-based and API-based automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, and Karate. Proven experience in creating and deploying testing toolsets and platforms across multiple teams. Minimum 6 years of experience architecting automation test platforms. Minimum 6 years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD development pipelines. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and customer-centric development.
