crunch is seeking a Manager of Communications and Process to own internal communications, SOP development, and knowledge-base governance. You will establish company-wide cadences, draft announcements, and ensure a cohesive brand voice across all materials. Partnership with Training & Development will build a centralized knowledge base and training program.
