Sam's Club #6454 22500 W 8 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033-4365 Responsibilities Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns. Promotes Sam's Club products and services. Provides guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology. Processes member purchases. Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types. Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps. Follows proper procedures for handling merchandise. Corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management. Maintains entrance and exit areas. Acknowledges members, verifies membership cards, and identifies member needs. Assists members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, transporting items, and safeguarding Sam's Club assets. Reviews member receipts. Ensures compliance with company security and safety practices. Executes emergency response procedures. Assists with the training of Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and procedures. Teaches new technology and tool functionality. Delivers new programs rollout training. Provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Zones the area, arranges and organizes merchandise, identifies shrink and damages. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Qualifications Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (for example, cash register). Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
