Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems by applying previously defined solutions.* Carry out standard installation activities under detailed guidance. Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems by applying previously defined solutions.* Report any problems or issues with site facilities.* Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of products or processes (or both).* Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.* Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.**REQUIREMENTS*** High School Diploma or GED required.* Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.* Experience in maintenance planning within an industrial setting.* Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures.* Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills with guidance (but not constant supervision) to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.* Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.* Manages and applies safe systems of work with guidance (but not constant supervision).* Works under supervision at an elementary level to develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.* Works under supervision at an elementary level to review and create relevant, lucid and effective reports.* Works under supervision at an elementary level to achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.* Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks in a production process at an elementary level, under supervision.The Evonik Group adopts an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) approach.
