The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves providing strategic and hands-on leadership in manufacturing operations, quality and safety, supply chain and inventory management, and continuous improvement. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with standardizing operating procedures, optimizing labor efficiency, and partnering with the senior leadership team to execute operational strategies that support company growth targets. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in driving operational transformation and measurable performance gains. Expertise in supply chain management, cost control, and procurement strategy is essential, as is a strong background in quality, delivery, and profitability improvement. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, experience in managing P&L impact, and a deep understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
