What We’re Looking For: Our growing Sales department is seeking an ambitious, goal oriented BDCManagerto join our team. Thisposition will be responsible for managing all aspects of the departmentincluding: supervisingthe handling of internet leads and inbound phone calls customerretention, for both sales and service. Responsibilities: Create,maintain and measure the internet and business development processes (for bothsales and service). Cultivateengaged, intelligent and consistent staff Attractpotential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and servicequestions received via phone and/or internet Contributeto high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI) Strivefor continual improvement in the BDC and the company as a whole. Giverecognition when it is earned Holdyourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourselfwith honesty and integrity Requirements Autodealership sales, sales management or BDC Manager experience required Superiorcommunication skills, both oral and written Mustbe detailed oriented Strongemail and phone presence is necessary Abilityto stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
