This position requires strong administrative skills, detailed-oriented, a team player , and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences. There are plenty of opportunities to grow here! Compensation $25-29/hour 8-hour workday Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently to optimize clinic operations. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health information management protocols. Assist with insurance verification and eligibility checks, and create treatment plans for patients. Treatment planning. Requirements Proficiency in office management practices and health information management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
