- Deliver safety training programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing safety education for craft personnel and field teams.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, risks, corrective recommendations, and follow‑up actions.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate hazardous conditions to prevent incidents and promote a strong safety culture.
- Develop and implement Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) for new and high‑risk work activities in coordination with project leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for jobsite incidents, injuries, and near‑misses, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

- Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and construction management teams to align safety practices with project goals.
- Provide guidance and coaching to craft personnel and supervisors on safe work practices and hazard recognition.
- Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a construction safety role.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience conducting safety training, incident investigations, and safety audits in construction environments.
- Ability to develop and implement Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) for new and high‑risk work activities.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate hazardous conditions on active construction sites.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with craft personnel, field leadership, and project teams.
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to prepare detailed inspection and incident reports.

- Ability to work onsite in active construction environments and engage directly with field teams.
- Experience in construction safety within a semiconductor or similarly complex industrial environment is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in safety management practices, including OSHA safety, construction safety, and health & safety principles.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts and extended weekly hours.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
