Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of our team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials as indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for patient care at a hospital in Silvis, IL. ARRT certification, Illinois permit to practice Radiology, and CT experience are required as detailed below.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years CT Technologist experience.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Illinois permit to practice Radiology (state license) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Certification in CT preferred. RT(R)(CT) designation preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating diagnostic CT scanners in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with contrast administration protocols and patient safety procedures.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Shift Days: Days 0800-1630.
• Weekend requirements: None.
• On-call requirements: None.
