Senior Lead Developer - .NET, Cloud & AI-Powered Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Developer (10+ years) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on engineering expertise, and the ability to guide teams in modern cloudnative architectures and AI-augmented software delivery practices.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, Node.js, Next.js, and ReactNative
- Proven experience in microservices architecture and cloudnative application development
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and containerized deployments
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-driven development tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Amazon Q, etc.) across the SDLC
- Experience in integrating AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency
Preferred:
- Experience with Sitecore and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end application development and technical delivery
- Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions
- Mentor and guide engineering teams
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
- Promote adoption of cloudnative and AI-assisted development practices
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
We are looking for a strong technical leader with proven experience in delivering complex enterprise systems in Agile environments.
