Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in working with students of varied backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to meet IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide holistic support
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support generalization of communication skills within the classroom and across environments
