Senior Analyst Marketing Insights, Advanced Technologies, Global Digital & Robotics Innovation

Johnson & Johnson Innovation Center

Senior Analyst role at DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson) focused on marketing insights for advanced orthopedic technologies including robotics and digital innovation. Develops market, competitive, and financial analyses to guide strategic decisions on emerging opportunities across orthopedic applications.

Responsibilities

Produce market, technology, and financial analyses to define, size, and prioritize opportunities
Conduct market and customer research to inform opportunity analysis and strategic direction
Support feasibility assessments of early-stage technologies through business modeling and financial analysis
Develop and leverage AI-enabled tools to monitor market trends and competitive landscape
Report on key trends and insights to senior leadership; partner with external agencies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, engineering, or analytics-related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, finance, engineering, or analytics
Proficiency in business modeling and analytics tools, particularly Excel
Experience with or knowledge of artificial intelligence tools for market research
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to distill complex data into KPIs, dashboards, and visualizations
