Onsite EAP Counselor - Workplace Wellbeing Leader

Spring Health is seeking an Onsite EAP Counselor in Huntsville, AL to provide counseling, management consultations, program promotion, and crisis response at the customer site. The role also includes case management of Drug Free Workplace referrals and expatriate readiness interviews, with direct HR and manager consultations. Hours are 8a-4p local time; reports to the Clinical Manager. Candidate will deliver safety planning, evidence-based therapy, and maintain compliant documentation and #J-18808-Ljbffr
