Sr. Financial Analyst, Finance Operations Governance, Performance and Enablement

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHIn this role, you will be a part of the Finance Operations Team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Finance Operations Governance, Performance and Enablement. This role will be supporting the Finance Operations organization and is a key member of the Finance Operations Governance team.You will partner closely with Finance Operations leaders, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Legal, Global Process Owners, managed service providers, and cross-functional business partners to drive financial stewardship, vendor governance, performance reporting, and operational excellence across Finance Operations.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and excels at using both strategic and financial insights to influence cross-functional teams. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Accounting, Vendor Management, or Operational FinanceStrong financial management, forecasting, reporting, and analytical skillsAbility to interpret contracts, commercial agreements, and financial schedulesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive reportingStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and control mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting and analytics toolsCuriosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindsetWHAT YOU WILL WORK ONIn this role, you will support Finance Operations governance activities that ensure strong financial controls, vendor accountability, operational performance, and transparency across the organization.You will partner across functions to deliver results in key areas including:Vendor governance, contract management, and commercial schedule administrationProject Work Order (PWO) governance, spend management, and financial oversightMonthly invoice review, reconciliation, accruals, and financial controlsAnnual operating planning, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysisHeadcount governance, workforce reporting, and capacity trackingKPI development, SLA monitoring, scorecards, and performance reportingMonthly and quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, and governance forumsGovernance dashboards, reporting automation, and data managementStakeholder surveys, insights analysis, and service performance measurementRisk identification, issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action trackingAdditionally, you will serve as a key Finance Operations partner by helping align financial management, vendor performance, governance processes, and operational outcomes.
