SHIPPING & RECEIVING AGENT (USA)

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: Littleton, NH

Report to:  Logistics Manager

The Shipping & Receiving agent is responsible for all tasks related to shipping and receiving Rotobec USA inventory.

Job Responsibilities

• Assistance in all shipping & receiving operations

• Adhere to company standards for warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements
• Participate and successfully complete all required safety training 
• Pack and prepare outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Sort, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated storage locations
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment, keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintains a clean shipping supply area; and complies with company policies and safety regulations
• Assists in solving warehouse-related issues to improve service and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed 
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Logistics Manager

Job Requirements 

• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred
• Forklift certification or experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
