Job Description

An established operation is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support warehouse, production, and shipping activities. In this role, you will safely move materials throughout the facility using a forklift or pallet jack, prepare finished products for shipping, and assist with loading and unloading trucks. You will also help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and daily reporting while keeping the work area clean and safe.

Responsibilities:

• Locate requested warehouse materials and safely transport them to designated production areas
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, unload, and stage materials and finished products
• Wrap completed products and transport them to the shipping staging area
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, audits, stock-level communication, and daily reporting
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas while following safety, quality, and compliance procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift and clamp lift
• Strong math skills required
• Ability to work Saturday through Monday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment and occasional fumes or airborne particles
• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods and frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Strong attention to accuracy, quality, safety, and timely completion of work
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

The base pay range for this position is $17.75 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
