You will be working on cutting-edge projects, developing next-generation materials, and integrating advanced signature control techniques into our defense systems. What You Will Do

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
• You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers

This job is in Tucson, AZ and the position is onsite Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years' experience
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
• Secret Security Clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques
• Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
• Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
• Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH
• Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
