As a Physical Therapist at The Orchards at Harper Woods, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal physical function, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with diverse physical challenges and conditions Conduct initial patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need and set realistic treatment goals Design and deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic modalities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to established guidelines and regulations Required Qualifications Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital, outpatient, or long-term care setting Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan Certification in physical therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or equivalent What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
