Your keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to think outside the box will be crucial in successfully completing each project on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements
- Prepare detailed estimates based on project specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with our sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate records of project details and cost estimates
- Plan breakdown to create estimate for General Contractors
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Fence Estimator
- Strong knowledge of commercial fencing materials and installation techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
