Job Details Salary: $28 to $30 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: San Bruno, CA 94066 Job Description The Assistant Parts Manager supports the Parts department by managing purchasing, inventory control, pricing, merchandising, and advertising. This role leads and motivates a team to achieve high performance and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations of the Parts department Coach, mentor, and train staff to foster professional development Ensure departmental goals and objectives are met Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries Oversee paperwork, records, and documentation as required Stay current on vehicle parts, accessories, and promotions Locate parts or accessories and coordinate installation as needed Monitor inventory levels and maintain storage areas Perform additional duties assigned to support the department Work Environment This is a full-time position located at our San Bruno dealership. Qualifications At least three years of experience in automotive service, repair, or parts Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Strong leadership and team motivation skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Effective organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment Proficient computer and internet skills Dealership experience is preferred; familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus Dependable and professional with a commitment to safety
