Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a leader in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a dedicated Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will support the Quality Management System modernization project, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process transformation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will enable you to thrive in this innovative environment. Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst Location: Millburn, NJ What's the Job? Lead workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document current state processes for NCEP, CAPAs, and Complaint Handling. Design and optimize future state processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and business goals. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for technical teams working on the Trackwise Digital platform. Act as the primary liaison between quality, regulatory, IT, and other business units to ensure alignment and consensus on process design. Support testing activities, including developing test scripts, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and triaging defects to ensure solution quality. What's Needed? At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert within a Quality Management System in a regulated industry. Deep expertise in at least two core QMS processes: Non‑Conformance Event Process (NCEP), CAPAs, and Complaint Handling. Proven experience with system migration or implementation projects, with a focus on process mapping from current to future states. Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and documentation skills to deconstruct complex processes and identify improvements. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. What's in it for me?
