Salesforce Administrator

Our Client is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Salesforce Administrator on the North side of Indianapolis.

The Salesforce Administrator is an integral member of the commercial team responsible for administering the CRM platform, driving system optimization, and delivering day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support for users. Key responsibilities include managing data imports/exports, custom reports and dashboards, workflows, validation rules, template creation, and more.

Working cross-functionally, a successful Administrator candidate will proactively identify, develop, and deploy scalable business processes to boost platform adoption, streamline operations, and directly support high-growth goals. We are seeking a results-oriented, high-ownership professional who brings a hungry, growth-minded approach to continuously elevate the CRM ecosystem.

• Administer and customize Salesforce day-to-day, including objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, automated workflows, reports, and user access.

• Partner with cross-Our Client teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective, scalable Salesforce setup.

• Drive platform adoption and user confidence through hands-on training, coaching, and responsive day-to-day support.

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and user questions with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Manage testing environments, platform updates, and release changes to keep project timelines on track.

• Design clean, reliable system processes that improve user experience without disrupting existing business workflows.

• Collaborate with IT and management to protect data quality, manage user licenses, ensure compliance with privacy and security policies, and assist with integrations like HubSpot Marketing Automation and Syteline ERP as needed.

• Stay up to date on new Salesforce features, enhancements, and tools to continuously improve how the company uses the platform.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Salesforce.com App Builder and Salesforce Admin certifications required.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience administering Salesforce organizations to meet business needs.

• Experience in conducting gap analysis on existing processes and potential alternatives.

• Experience with workflows/process builders and Lightning flows.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future needs for sponsorship.

• Salesforce.com Advanced Admin certification.

• Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs.

• Experience with Commerce Cloud & Experience Builder.

• Experience with SFDC DevOps tools.

• Experience working in an IDE such as Visual Studio Code and utilizing Salesforce DX.

• Managing code via git source control and GitHub best practices.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to use out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality as well as building custom solutions or implementing AppExchange applications.

• Strong documentation skills.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Administration, maintaining a principled approach to data security, user management, and custom configurations.

• Adaptable problem-solver proficient with complex data schemas, bulk import tools (e.g., Data Loader), and evolving platform features.

• Innovative mindset focused on building dynamic reports, dashboards, and automated flows that elevate business performance.

• Collaborative team player with exceptional communication and project management skills, dedicated to cross-Our Client alignment.

• Committed to quality with a self-driven, continuous-learning approach to delivering clean, reliable solutions independently or in teams.

• Prior experience or familiarity with third-party system integration (e.g., HubSpot, PIMs).
