Registered Dietitian

Cura Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to support nutrition services in senior living and healthcare settings. In this role, you will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to create resident-centered, therapeutic menus. You’ll provide counseling, support regulatory compliance, and promote wellness through education. Key Responsibilities Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents and patients. Collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to design therapeutic and resident-centered menus. Provide one-on-one and group nutrition counseling and education. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements. Monitor resident outcomes and adjust nutrition interventions as needed. Support menu analysis, nutrient calculations, and labeling as required. Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and team meetings. Promote wellness initiatives and nutrition education programs within the community. Train and support staff on nutrition standards, special diets, and food safety. Contribute to a hospitality-focused dining experience aligned with Cura’s culture.
