Customer Support Representative

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while collaborating with great teams? We are looking for a driven Customer Support Representative for a manufacturer company to be the vital link between our customers and our internal teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and more). You'll work closely with Sales leadership to drive initiatives, support key sales goals, and maximize opportunity pipelines.

Location: Pasadena, TX

Shifts and Pay: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, $24/hr

Contract: 4 month contract temp to hire. Potential to convert to staff depending on performance and resource need.

Will convert to a remote position once trained.

What You'll Do:

• Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Use data to inform decision-making and boost sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality proposals and drive business growth.
• Support quoting efforts, streamline proposals, and provide strategic solutions for customers.
• Analyze sales performance, support forecasting, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer-focused, results-driven mindset.
• Experience in sales or customer service in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• BS/BA degree or 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Industry experience related to pumps/rotating equipment or utility/power generation is a bonus!
