Atkins Golf Club Guest Service Attendant Atkins Golf Club, located in Urbana, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant. We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Assists with the overall upkeep of the facility Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning Assists in educating players regarding the game Directs the start of play when necessary Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs Services customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return Assists with food and beverage activities Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Performs other duties as required Minimum Qualifications: One month of related experience or training Maintains regular and reliable attendance Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Time Off Sick leave and leaves of absence, in accordance with Illinois (IL) Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLAWA) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
