Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient team in Palm Coast, Florida.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient-only setting, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall patient wellness. This role offers a balanced schedule within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

• Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings
\n
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
\n
• Collaborate with specialists and care teams to ensure continuity of care
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
\n
• Contribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on quality patient outcomes
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution
\n
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\n
• Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
\n
• Licensure: Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
\n
