Hiring: Robotic welder (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Melrose Park

Status: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire)

A premier metal manufacturer in Melrose Park is expanding! We are looking for precision-focused Robotic welder. If you have a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic, we want to talk to you.

Available Shifts & Schedules:

We are currently hiring for 2nd Shifts to meet our production goals:

2nd shift : 2:30pm-11:00pm (Mon-Fri)
- Saturdays: 12:00pm-5:00pm PM (as required)

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years of professional Robotic welding.
Precision: High attention to detail; must maintain high-quality welds within the standard production ranges to ensure "same amount" consistency across operations.
Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliability: Commitment to the scheduled shift and required overtime.
