Data AnalystDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Acquire and manage data from primary and secondary sourcesMaintain and monitor databases and data systemsClean, filter, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliabilityReview reports and performance indicators to identify data or code issuesAnalyze complex data sets to identify trends and patternsApply statistical techniques to interpret resultsCreate and maintain recurring and ad hoc reportsCollaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decisionsMust-Have Skills:Data acquisition and data management experienceStrong data cleaning and validation skillsExperience analyzing complex data setsKnowledge of statistical analysis techniquesReporting and data interpretation experienceSoft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailClear written and verbal communicationAbility to explain data insights to non-technical audiencesStrong time management and organizational skillsNice-to-Have:SQL or database query experienceBI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.)Experience working with KPIs and performance metricsCerts / Industry:None requiredAnalytics, data, or statistics certifications are a plusYears of Experience: 3–5 yearsDegree:
