Lead Machine Operator

Cargill is seeking a Machine Operator Leader to guide day-to-day machine operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead a small team, coordinate production runs, and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and food safety standards. You will set up, operate, and monitor equipment, troubleshoot basic mechanical issues, and optimize line performance to meet production targets. Collaborating closely with maintenance and quality teams, you’ll support continuous improvement efforts while modeling Cargill’s culture of integrity, safety, inclusion, and innovative problem-solving.
