Job Description

As an Associate, PM Operations, you will be part of a growing Global Business Operations team. It’s an opportunity to work on a high-energy, highly visible client account, reporting to the VP, Global Business Operations. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and has an ability to learn and adapt in a fast-moving agency environment.

This is a hybrid position in our NY office that requires working onsite 3 days per week, with the option to work from home the other 2 days.

• Assists VP, Global Business Operations with tracking, follow up and delivery of Global Operations client deliverables. 
• Coordinates, facilitates and follows up on client requests.
• Generates and distributes reports to Ops teams on client initiatives.
• Maintains Global Ops status report and follow ups.
• Provides support to Global Business Operations team on content development for presentations.

Qualifications

• · 1+ year experience in Operations or Project Management, preferably at an advertising agency.
• Flexible, highly responsive, and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention-to-detail are a must.
• Able to build and maintain successful working relationships across teams.

Compensation Range: $ 64,000 - 72,000K . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills,
