Direct Support Professional

Position Direct Support Professional – Southampton, PA Responsibilities Work directly with individuals to create long‑term impacts on their lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. Follow Individual Support Plans to provide daily hygiene and personal care. Assist with social and communication skills while enjoying days at the park and sensory gardens. Enhance independence by teaching daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Experience in a home health aide setting or a school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred. Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential. Schedule Monday‑Friday 7:00am‑3:30pm Pay Earn up to $18.00/hour with selection of the Enhanced Pay option.
