Salary: $4000.00/month training salary

Summary:

Big Island Motors is currently inviting personable and professional individuals to join our amazing team in the selling of new and used vehicles by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and negotiating pricing and financing options.

Essential Duties:

*Customer Engagement: greet customers, guide them to suitable vehicles by asking questions and actively listening.

*Vehicle Knowledge: stay informed about new and used vehicle models, features, specifications.

*Sales Process Management: accompany customers on test drives, explain vehicle capabilities, facilitate negotiations.

*Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

*Lead Generation: prospect for potential customers through calls, emails, to build a customer database and leads.

*Sales Performance: meet and exceed monthly sales goals and targets.

Essential Skills:

*Strong verbal communication and active listening skills are crucial for building rapport and effectively conveying information.

*The ability to negotiate pricing and financing to secure sales for both the customer and the dealership.

*Thorough understanding of vehicle features and benefits of various makes and models.

*A commitment to providing and excellent customer experience to ensure satisfaction.

*Ability to manage paperwork, maintain customer databases, and process transactions efficiently.
