Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) Temp-to-Hire Our client, a leading manufacturer in the coatings industry, is seeking a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) Temp-to-Hire to join their team. As a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) Temp-to-Hire, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and packaging of high-quality solvent-based coatings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and a safety-conscious mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: West Bend, WI Pay Range: $20 Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM What's the Job? Batching and blending paint products according to formulas Filling and packaging products into quarts, pails, and drums Handling raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently Operating production and packaging equipment Moving and staging materials throughout the facility while maintaining safety standards What's Needed? Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to safely lift 4050 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working with chemicals and industrial materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's in it for me?
