This role supports safe, efficient operations through preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and continuous production support.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.3-5 years of maintenance experience in a food & beverage manufacturing or production environment.Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumaticsElectrical troubleshooting and repair experience (not an electrician).Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment.Perform preventive maintenance and equipment overhauls.Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and welding-related issues.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and technical manuals.Conduct equipment inspections and maintain production tooling and parts inventory.Complete maintenance records and utilize computer systems for reporting and documentation.Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and SOP requirements.#INDSRCH #J-18808-Ljbffr
