Training Coordinator

Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington DC seeks a Training Coordinator to design, schedule, and deliver staff training that advances high-quality, equitable reproductive health care. In this mission-driven role, you will coordinate onboarding and ongoing education for clinical, administrative, and advocacy staff; manage LMS content and training logistics; track participation and outcomes; and partner with leaders to identify learning needs. You will support a collaborative, inclusive culture that builds skills in patient-centered care, compliance, health equity, and advocacy across the organization.
