We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing event marketing, retail promotions, and brand ambassador team . This full-time opportunity is ideal for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and representing recognized brands at live events and retail locations.

No experience is required. We offer paid training, hands-on coaching, and career development opportunities to help you succeed in customer service, marketing, sales, and event promotions.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at retail locations, promotional events, and community marketing campaigns
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and create positive customer experiences
• Answer questions about products, services, promotions, and special offers
• Assist with customer registrations, promotional activities, and event interactions
• Build customer relationships while increasing brand awareness
• Support event setup, merchandising, displays, and breakdown
• Work with team members to achieve daily marketing and customer engagement goals
• Collect customer feedback and complete event reports

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused personality
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required
