Installation Manager:

Blissful Baths | New Jersey

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000+ annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses)
Blissful Baths is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our bathroom remodeling installation team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement management and excels at scheduling, quality control, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage installation crews and subcontractors
Schedule projects and ensure timely completion
Conduct quality inspections
Resolve installation and customer concerns
Recruit and develop installers
Drive production goals and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

3+ years of construction or remodeling management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset
