Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. Experience assisting residents with ADLs, mobility, transfers, toileting, feeding, and personal care. Ability to obtain and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations preferred. Strong resident safety, infection control, communication, and teamwork skills. Must successfully complete both agency and facility-required background checks and drug screenings. Facility screening results may take 7–10 business days; candidate cannot begin until results are cleared. Must be available to work 4x12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM–6:30 AM). Must be available to start within 2 weeks of offer or ASAP upon compliance clearance.
