In this role, adaptability and collaboration are key as you support diverse student needs within a school environment. You'll be instrumental in assessing, diagnosing, and providing intervention services to students requiring support with speech, language, and communication challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• Current, valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or comfort working with students in grades K-12 (K-5, 6-8, and 9-12)
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills tailored to school-aged populations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organization abilities
• Previous school-based SLP experience is preferred but not mandatory

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both group and individual settings
• Maintain timely records and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to support student success
• Provide training and resources to staff for effective communication strategies within the classroom
