About the Company

We are hiring experienced Financial Advisors on behalf of our client - an established independent RIA and wealth management firm with approximately $19 billion in AUM.

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Financial Advisors for three territories. These are remote roles - but you must be based within approximately a 2-3 hour drive of your territory. This is not a work-from-anywhere opportunity; it is a chance to own and grow a local market.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic business development through networking, COI relationships, and community presence
\n
• Service and retain existing client relationships within your territory
\n
• Build and deliver comprehensive financial plans, leading client meetings from start to finish
\n
• Collaborate with an internal planning team and relationship managers on complex situations
\n
• Grow both new client AUM and wallet share of existing clients
\n

Three territories are open:

\n
• Cleveland, OH
\n
• Pittsburgh, PA
\n
• Eastern New York State (Syracuse, Albany, or Utica area)
\n

These are remote roles - but you must be based within approximately a 2-3 hour drive of your territory. This is not a work-from-anywhere opportunity; it is a chance to own and grow a local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
\n

Required Skills

\n
• Advisors with 5+ years of true wealth management experience at an independent or mid-size RIA
\n
• Advisors with a portable book of business or a strong client network built organically
\n
• Self-starters who are energized by community engagement and building their own pipeline
\n
• Series 7 and Series 66 licensed (or willing to obtain - firm will sponsor)
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• CFP a plus, not required
\n

Pay range and compensation package

Base Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 + Performance Bonus + New Business Incentive + AUM Retention Bonus

What the Compensation Looks Like

\n
• Base: $75,000 - $150,000 (5+ year advisors typically $90,000 - $150,000)
\n
• Annual performance bonus: 25% of base
\n
• New business incentive: 40% of net revenue on territory new business
\n
• Retention bonus: 3% of total territory AUM at quarter end
\n

• Your business development experience has relied on an institutional or bank-provided client pipeline

• You are primarily service and planning focused with limited appetite for new business generation

• You are not located in or willing to relocate to one of the three territories
