In this role, you will perform residential electrical installations safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on residential electrical experience, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to providingan excellentcustomer experience onevgeryjob. What You Will Do: Perform residential electrical installations, including wiring, circuits, panels, lighting, outlets, switches, and electrical equipment Install electrical systems for remodels, upgrades, additions, and new residential projects Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications Install, replace, and upgrade electrical panels, breakers, service equipment, and associated components Ensure all installations meet local and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements Test and verify proper operation of newly installed electrical systems and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each installation Communicate project progress, timelines, and installation details professionally with homeowners and team members Maintainaccuratejob documentation and installation records Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked with tools and materials Deliver outstanding customer service whilemaintainingprofessionalism in customers’ homes What You Will Bring: 1+ yearsof experience in residential electrical installation Strong knowledge of residential electrical installation practices, wiring methods, and electrical codes Experience installing electrical panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, and residential electrical systems Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation plans Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver tools, equipment, and materials as needed Strong communicationskills and a team-oriented attitude Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude Experience using tablets or mobile field service software is a plus Successfully complete our screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Benefits: Health Coverage: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision plan options Insurance: Life, AD&D, and long-term disability included; optional short-term and gap coverage Savings Accounts: FSA and HSA contribution options Retirement: 401(k) available upon hire with employer match; Traditional and Roth options Time Off & Perks: Paid time off and holidays Paid parental leave Growth and Training Opportunities: Ongoing training and development Precision Today is an equalopportunityemployer.
