Salesforce Developer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Services Company located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role requires a hands-on developer with extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce CPQ, focusing on writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, including understanding Governor Limits and best practices for bulk operations
• Strong skills in developing and customizing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript ES6+, and Salesforce's data-binding concepts
• Ability to design and implement triggers that efficiently handle data changes while avoiding common pitfalls
• Understanding of asynchronous Salesforce methods such as Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future methods
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ to manage complex pricing scenarios, product configuration rules, and quote generation
• Expertise in data modeling and understanding Salesforce's security model including profiles, roles, and sharing rules
• Ability to write comprehensive test classes for Apex code and use debugging tools effectively
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools like Change Sets, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

Pay range: $65.82 - $75.82 per hour
