Industrial Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

Location: Kenosha / Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay: $30$42 per hour, based on experience

Employment: Direct hire

Schedule: 2nd shift; exact hours confirmed during the hiring process

Were seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift. Youll support production by responding to equipment issues, completing repairs, and performing scheduled maintenance to keep operations moving.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot the cause.
• Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.
• Service conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related production equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance and maintain accurate service records.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teammates to resolve recurring issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• PLC and variable-frequency drive troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly during shift handoffs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kenosha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
