• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 8 - 10 hour shifts
• 12 patients per shift
• Acute psychiatric unit inpatient setting
• Involuntary commitments and restraint application required
• Long-term vacancy coverage while recruiting permanent
• 2nd call backup with 30 minute response time
• Average 3 admissions per 24 hours
• Rounding required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
