Job Title: Community Living Center Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Schedule:

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Rotating Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays
• 24/7 coverage environment

Shifts per month: ~20 (FTE-based)


License: Ohio RN or Compact


Certifications: BLS


Experience needed: Minimum 2 years long-term care / SNF / rehab experience


Special Skills:

• Geriatric and chronic disease care
• Medication administration and monitoring
• Care planning for long-term residents
• Patient/family communication

Responsibilities:

• Deliver continuous nursing care to long-term residents
• Monitor chronic conditions and administer medications
• Support care plans focused on comfort, stability, and quality of life
• Prevent complications such as infections, pressure injuries, and falls
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

• Lower acuity but high patient load and continuity care focus
