The Opportunity We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can build trusted relationships, influence positive outcomes and help teams perform at their best. This is a highly visible role within the project leadership team, offering the chance to shape strategy, improve performance and leave a lasting legacy on a complex infrastructure programme. What You'll Be Doing Leading project quality, assurance and continuous improvement activities Building strong relationships across project teams, suppliers and client stakeholders Coaching and supporting teams to achieve right-first-time delivery Using data and digital tools to identify trends, risks and opportunities Supporting the successful assurance and handover of a critical infrastructure asset Embedding a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement What We're Looking For We're interested in people who can influence others, navigate complexity and drive high standards in regulated environments. Construction experience is not essential.
